Terry Pitt is an award winning Chef, Event Planner and Cooking Instructor with over 10 years experience in the food service industry. She studied under CIA trained Executive Chef Rèjean Trudel and has worked in kitchens from the Adirondacks in New York to the suburbs of Baltimore. Her recipes have been featured in numerous publications and web sites, including Mrs. Dash, Colavita Olive Oil, I Love Pickles and Italy's Santa Cristina Winery. Terry has taught classes in sauce preparation, food styling and presentation, and Sushi making. She is currently working on her second book, Variations on a Theme, which details the art of throwing an eclectic theme party from Invitations to Thank You notes. Terry lives in Woodbine, Maryland with her four children. |
